forumcases.com is operated by Forum LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("FORUM," "we," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this site and your purchase of our products. Read them. They are short by design.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase from us. These Terms apply alongside our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or purchase our products. By placing an order, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Products and Descriptions

We work to make every specification, dimension, weight, image, and description on this site accurate. Minor variations can occur, and we may correct errors or update product information at any time without notice. Product images are representative; finishes and materials may vary slightly from what your screen renders.

Our cases carry an IP56 rating. They are water resistant and dust resistant. They are not waterproof, and they are not designed for submersion. The Wall Mount is designed exclusively for the Theseus rifle case and must be installed into wall studs according to the included instructions.

Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes or shipping, which are calculated at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, orders placed in violation of these Terms, and orders affected by a pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund it in full. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order or contact you with the correct price before proceeding.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Shipping methods, timelines, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title pass to you when we deliver your order to the carrier. If a shipment arrives damaged, contact us through our contact page and we will make it right.

Returns

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Review it before purchasing. Nothing in that policy limits your rights under the lifetime warranty below.

Lifetime Warranty

Every FORUM case is covered by our lifetime warranty. If your case fails, we replace it. No questions asked, no forms, no friction — one message through our contact page is all it takes.

Two things to know about foam:

• Foam that wears down through normal use is covered. Use your case. We will stand behind it.
• Foam that you cut, shape, or otherwise modify is not covered. Custom-cut foam is yours.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers defects and failures in the case itself. It does not cover the contents of the case.

Lawful Use

Our products are cases. They are not firearms, and no firearm or regulated item is sold on this site. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the ownership, transport, and storage of firearms and other items you place in our products, including any laws that specify how firearms must be secured in your jurisdiction.

No case, lock, or mount can guarantee that theft, tampering, or unauthorized access will never occur. Our products are one part of responsible ownership; they are not a substitute for your own judgment or your legal obligations.

Intellectual Property

FORUM, Theseus, and Hades are trademarks of Forum LLC. All content on this site — including text, images, product designs, logos, and graphics — is the property of Forum LLC or its licensors and is protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our marks, content, or product designs without our prior written permission.

User Content and Feedback

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, ideas, or suggestions to us, you grant Forum LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business, without compensation to you. You represent that anything you submit is yours to share and does not violate the rights of any third party. We may remove any submitted content at our discretion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Other than the express lifetime warranty described above, our products and this site are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forum LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products — including loss or damage to items stored or transported in a case. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forum LLC, its members, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Before filing anything, contact us through our contact page. Most issues are resolved with one conversation.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Changes apply from the date they are posted; your continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance. The terms in effect at the time of your order govern that order.
